Brief Answer:
Asthma

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have noticed that when you laugh you start to cough. This is probably a variant of asthma. When you laugh the force of the lungs constricting while laughing is causing your bronchial tree to go into spasms. This is also known as asthma. I would recommend avoiding things that will irritate your lungs. This means no smoking, avoiding allergens like cat or dog dander. If you need I would recommend taking claritin or allegra to help stop the allergic reaction that is precipitating the asthma.

In summary
1. Cough sign of asthma
2. Avoid smoking or other environmental allergens
3. Try Claritin or allegra
