Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be drug induced

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks for your query.

Apo-sulfatrim can cause many of these symptoms but unlikely to cause cough and burning sensation (though not impossible). You have not mentioned when you have stopped taking the drug. It should not persist for long after stopping. Drug-induced symptoms typically go off within a week of stopping the drug.

The burning sensation needs further evaluation. You need to seek opinion of an internal med expert. He will need to check your nervous system (sensation, motor function, etc). He may order few tests like nerve conduction tests or MRI.
It will surely go away if the correct cause is found and treated.

Hope this helps. I will be available for follow-up.

Regards
