Question : My mother is coughing and has congested chest for the last three to four days. Earlier she had fever and took dolo 650. Please suggest.

Get xray done.Start antibiotics.

Hello,

Probably she has got chest infection, she can start antibiotics, steam inhalation , antihistaminics and cough syrup.

If symptoms are pretty severe with significant breathlessness and fever, then get a xray done to rule out pneumonia.
