Question : Hi, my lips are extremely cracked and chapped and the surface of the nose is very red, with a small red spot the size of a dime on the face area next to the nose. I think it may be eczema. Thanks - XXXXX

You can take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day along with an antibiotic like cefexime 200 mg and anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals.
