Question: hi sir i got cracks on my penis foreskin. i am unable to pull back my foreskin and unable to do sex with my wife.
please give the remedy

I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
According to your complaints you seem to have developed candidal posthitis which is yeast infection of the penile fore skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks and keep the area dry.
This should resolve the infection.
