Question : On Fri, I felt a little nauseated from the heat, last night I had what I think was a cramp, and then I've also been feeling a little more tired than usual I think. I had unprotected sex in XXXXXXX just once but I still got my period but with no cramps like I usually do. I wouldn't be pregnant or maybe I'm getting dehydrated I'm not sure? Right now I do have what could be cramps.

Should I just drink liquids or follow up with an office visit if symptoms continue? I should be getting my period this week since I started on XXXXXXX 18 and period is regular.
