Question : My question is both of calf's on the back side are cramping and swelling up I'm walking with a cane I'm 59 yrs old it's hard to move around my legs just don't want to function very well what can I do I'm in pain so bad all I want to do cry?

The possibility of cramps arises most commonly due to water and electrolyte imbalance.
I suggest correcting these.
Make sure you have plenty of juices. That will help correct both.

If that doesnt help, test with KFT, Electrolytes, FBS, PPBS, and CPK.
