                                    I got my periods on 20th july and den i concieved and went for medicated abortion on 27th august and the bleeding stopped on 6th august. I went for intercourse on 13th august and took ipill on 16th august and now we webt for intercourse on 21st august again.. And today der is lot of lower abdominal cramping.

Most common side effect of ipill is deranged periods and breast engorgement and nausea.
Some girls also experience mood changes but all these effects subside after periods.
So nothing to worry and you can safely take any painkiller.
