Hello, I have studied your case and I think you may have following causes for cramps.
1.Low salt in body
2.Poor muscles
3.Thyroid or Diabetes
I would suggest you to drink a glass of water with one tea spoon ful of salt whenever you have cramps.
2.Check your blood sugar and Thyroid level.
3.Take protein powder with milk. Egg, fish, chicken rich diet.
