Question : I have been having pelvic bloat and bladder discomfort (more painful with a full bladder) for approximately 1 month. I have also been having crampy pelvic pain for a few months. I am on Depo-Provera. I have also been dieting and exercising for the last 6 weeks and have gained over 20 pounds. Any ideas?

Are your cycle regular?
It could be a urinary tract infection.
Please get a urine microscopy done and a pelvic ultrasound scan.
The weight gain could be a thyroid issue.

I don't have a menstrual cycle, as I mentioned above I am on Depo-Provera. I am 39. I had my thyroid labs checked at my yearly physical in March of this year.
I have had UTI's in the past, I am not having any burning or urgency and this does feel different than a UTI.

It could be an ovarian cyst, or a fibroid or endometriosis.
Better to have a pelvic ultrasound scan done.
