Question : I am having crawling sensations and itching in the anal and vaginal area. I thought I might have gotten ringworm from our dogs. I have gotten it before in the crease of my leg, but treatment is not doing any good. So I tried fungus treatment that not working either.

It seems like you have worms in your gut.
Take tablet albendazole 400 mg one tablet stat and then see the response.
In case it is relieved then repeat the same dose after 15 days once again and that's all.
In general take care of the following points -
- drink loads of water daily
- perineal hygiene is very important
- change your underclothes daily
- try to have protected sex always.
Try these measures and in case not relieved then we will move to next step.
