Brief Answer:
Slightly hygiene issue or jock itch. Needs management. No worries

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. If the testicles are not red or swollen or painful to touch then no worries. usually a poor hygiene, hair growth on scrotum or tight undergarments leading to over sweating can give this crawling sensation on scrotal vessel area. Possibility of jock itch may not be ruled out .

I would suggest modifying hygiene, keep the groin and scrota hair free, apply some antifungal over the scrotal area which gives sensation and abstain from intimacy for a while. If the issue persists talk to a dermatologist and let them have a look.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Brief Answer:
Numbness unlikely due to sinister causes. Need workup

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Scrotal numbness and tingling as i mentioned earlier if not correlated with any swelling or swollen veins, or color change in scrota then no worries. Usually numbness happens when there is some metabolic issue underneath like diabetes mellitus, or there is some vascular issue like vasculitis, varicose veins or hydrocele etc. None of these are in your history which rules out sinister causes of numbness in your case. Also genital infections like epididymitis and orchitis can give numbness at start.

Nutshell, i want you to get evaluated for any issue i talked above, a scrotal ultrasound, urine exam and STD evaluation will sort it out. talk to your doctor and let them help you in this regard too,

I hope it helps.

Khan
