Normal things. Do blood test for beta-hCG at 10 DPO.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
Cervical mucus secretion is quite common during early week of pregnancy and after ovulation due to effect of progesterone hormone.
However, above clinical symptoms are INCONCLUSIVE to confirm your pregnancy.
Here, I suggest you to undergo one blood test for beta-hCG 10 days after ovulation. It will be worthwhile to detect pregnancy as early as possible.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Hormonal imbalance and stress are the underlying causes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
All these are Non-specific symptoms and may be due to hormonal imbalance and stress or anxiety. You need to undergo the blood test for beta-hCG just before period due date (or 10 DPO - for early detection) to confirm pregnancy.
These are the MOST consistent features of early pregnancy:
1) Tender, swollen breasts.
2) Nausea with or without vomiting.
3) Increased urination.
4) Fatigue and Food aversions or cravings.
Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion.
All the best and good luck.
