Question : my two months child has two problems one is he cries while passing urine
and second he vomits after milk feeding
and second he vomits after milk feeding

1) crying while passing urine is commonly seen in many infants up to 6 months.If urine stream is good then don't worry. As their weight increases diameter of urethra increases and problem disappears
2) vomiting immediately after feed in infants is most commonly (99%) times due to gastroesophageal reflux.It is physiological in first 3 months.If severe then we give proton pump inhibitors to reduce chances of esophagitis from reflux.Propped up position after feed helps in some. This problem decreases by 6 months after introduction of solid food
