I have studied your case. I think your shoulder curvature is due to bony abnormality. It can be postural problem also.It is not related to sexual activity for sure.Before I advised you any further I would like to know little detail about your illness.

It can be spinal problem

Hello,
Thanks for replying. After studying your case I can assure you that it is a spine( back bone) curvature problem. Because of this your shoulder appear more prominent. It is not going to worsen as your bone does not grow after 20 years.
To confirm the diagnosis you can get x ray of the spine and shoulder. I do not think that you need any treatment for this. If you want any treatment than you need to contact orthopaedic surgeon.
