Question : I have a paper like cut on the increase of the labia majora. I am 50 years old , in a long relationship but not sexually active. What is the cause and how is it treated. No itching or peeling just like a paper cut.

Hi dear!
During this stage of life hormonal levels decreases.
Hormonal levels play a main role for vaginal lubrication.
The main hormone is estrogen.
Usually ,when vagina is dry or atrophic you have need to use creams or products that contain estrogen.
But before using these products you should contact with your Gyn.
For moment you can use vaginal lubricants.
