What Causes Cuts On Penis And Pain During Erection?
Question: my penis has got skin cuts and it is painful when enlarges it develops more cuts in the skin. this concern is there for the last 9 months. A white thick solution also comes in between from the penis You have given recommendation to use Apply candid cream or canestan cream over the affected area twice a day after cleaning the affected area with lukewarm water. Dry the affected area nicely before applying the medicine. Take tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for two weeks. but still its the same. no improvement to be seen in the affected area. also i have small cuts coming in both the ends of lips/mouth

I have uploaded the picture. If I get the skin down further new cuts will develop immediately.

I have seen the attached picture.
I would like to change your treatment a little.
Apply nadoxin c or zoderm e or candid b cream over the affected area twice a day.
Continue with tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week .
Clean the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily before applying the medicine . Take a bowl of warm water and add a pinch of common salt to it and then clean the affected area with it and dry it , then apply the medicine .
I would like to see a positive improvement with this treatment .
Follow up in a week .
Also get a fasting blood glucose levels blood test done from a nearby lab .
