Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures.
You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the prepuce called candida.
It can lead to development of fissures or cuts in the area along with pain ,itching ,redness or whitish discharge .
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm water twice daily.
Apply a topical anti fungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Follow the above treatment regularly for atleast two weeks for complete cure .
Hope it helps

Availability of medicine
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Basically you have developed a fungal infection .
So any anti fungal medicine containing nystatin or clotrimazole will help you .
Most of these are Over the counter agents and are available even without prescription.
Meanwhile you can apply vaseline but you have to get anti fungal cream.
