Brief Answer:
Please, consult a nephrologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these cyst in your kidneys that you have reported. The main cause of cysts in both kidney is a form of hereditary condition called polycystic kidney disease. There are two types, the dominant types starts later in life while the recessive one starts in early years. The exact nature of these cysts need to be evaluated by a urologist or nephrologist to tell whether they are suggestive of this condition or not as more information including a family history of kidney disease is needed. You would need imaging test, blood tests and urine test to gather more information about this so as to arrive at a conclusion. Other organs like the liver would also need to be evaluated as cysts often appear in more than one organ.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.

Brief Answer:
Treatment is symptoms are presesnt

Detailed Answer:
If these cysts are causing symptoms lie pain, poor kidney function, etc, then they would require treatment. if they are not, she would follow up with regular kidney function monitoring so as to catch any abnormality and act well in time before any complication sets in. a nephrologist would be best in this case.
