Question : HAVE A VERY DARK BROWN SPOT THAT SEEMS TO BE FOLLOWIING THE ABDCE PROGNOSIS OF MELENOMA ON MY NECK (LEFT SIDE)
RECENTLY GREW IN SIZE AND SHAPE STARTED TO ITCH

Thanks for your query, elucidate history and clear picture.
To recapitulate: Male/27 - very dark brown spot - according to you is following ABDCE prognosis of a melanoma on left side of neck - recently grown in size and shape - and started to itch - wants a complete answer...

Since all the points favor in direction of urgent diagnosis of melanoma, I would advise you to consult a Dermatologist or Oncosurgeon o get this biopsied ASAP.
He shall also do clinical evaluation, palpate for the nodes, ask you for other tests of ultrasonography of neck for lymph nodes.

Cancer has to be ruled out ASAP.
