Thanks for writing back and uploading the picture.

I have seen the picture closely.

By your history and description I am in impression that this is Dermatitis, (inflammation of skin).

There are a number of causes of skin inflammation but dermatitis due to some irritant liquid, medicine and fungus are common in your setting.

I will suggest you to set up an appointment with your doctor, most preferably a dermatologist.

Till then if you were my patient i would have prescribed you to aply 1% hydrocortisone cream at it and take tablet citrzine 10mg daily at night.

Here i want to assure you that this is expected to get better real soon, so you do not have to worry or panic.

It is usually easily controlled and treated very easily.
