Brief Answer:
It is due to urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

When you get severe Urinary tract infection, or have renal calculi that impinge on the surrounding tissue of the kidney in a way to cause bleeding, or you have Cystitis (bladder infection); all of these may cause such kind of urinary symptoms.

Schistosoma Haematobium is a pathogen that causes bleeding from the Urinary bladder and blood after staying and mixing with urine in bladder takes the form of brown foamy urine.

I suggest you to consult a Urologist for proper evaluation and treatment after taking an ultrasound of the Kidney Ureter and Bladder, and doing a complete urine analysis testing and Urine culture and sensitivity testing to see the pathogen causing infection. Treatment goes accordingly after the diagnosis of the cause.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns. I will be happy to get back to you shortly. If satisfied here, please give a five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.

Regards!
