Brief Answer:
Consider getting nipple discharge cytology done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Good day
I can understand your concern.
Thank you for providing the necessary information.
I am very happy to know that you don't have risk factors for breast cancer.

In my opinion all the cancers abnormalities can not be detected in mammogram.

I suggest you to consider doing cytology for the breast discharge which might throw some light on diagnosis of this condition.

In total breast cancer cases above 50 yrs of age 10%-20% of cases can be missed in mammography.

In a condition called intra-ductal papilloma there will be discharge with sticky and blood stained. This is a non-cancerous condition.

Kindly evaluate this condition with further investigations like.
1. cytology of discharge (As mentioned)
2. Ultrasound of Breast
3. Blood work ups like a Comprehensive Blood count and a Liver Function Test.

regards
Dr Srilatha

Brief Answer:
intraductal papilloma can treated with minor surgical procedure

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Good day

i am very happy that you are feeling very confident and comfortable.

i am also feeling very happy to know that ultra sound report is normal.

in my opinion conditions like intra ductal papilloma can be treated by excision of the some part breast tissue using local anesthesia or more advanced vacuum device to remove faulty duct.

But first diagnosis need to be established.

For Diagnosis cytology of the discharge is very important.

kindly discuss with your specialist for further assessment and treatment.
