Question : My urine is very dark - especially first in the morning - I know that I do not drink enough water - what else could it be???

Dear patient

in a case like yours i would normally do a urine test and ultrasound of blatter and kidney to determine possible reasons like chronic inflammation or tumors (not necessarily bad ones).
