Question : I have the discoloration underneath my testicle sac . It seems like the skin is irritated but you can definitely see that the skin seems a little bit more raw and lighter color than the rest of the testecular sac

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. With no other serious symptoms, I am assuming the most likely cause for your presentation is a fungal infection.

I would although recommend a visit to your doctor for a more elaborate evaluation, but the treatment advise I have for your current presentation is as follows:

+Anti-fungal creams: Ketoconazole cream
+Avoid leaving the region wet
+Keep the region dry and clean at all times
+Make sure you change your inner wear at least twice a day
+Shower every day
+Avoid sexual contact and masturbation for a while
+Do not leave the region wet after using the toilet, doing your business, and so on
+Also if you live in a hot region where the temperature is high, make sure you are in a cool and well ventilated room
