Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello & thank you for submitting your question.
Pylera consists of bismuth subcitrate, metronidazole, and tetracycline. Bismuth may cause stool color change, however the constellation of symptoms you are reporting are concerning. Please see your physician immediately or report to the nearest emergency room/immediate care department for a physical examination and possible adjunct laboratory tests including urinalysis and blood work. They may very well turn out to be normal, but this is not something to be ignored.
Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
