Question : Hi. I have a dark reddish-purplish spot on the bottom of my labia majora. It doesn't cause any pain and isn't really a lump. At first I thought it could be an infected ingrown hair but its been there for quite a few months now. When I look closely it looks like there are veins through it. If i squeeze it or apply pressure to it the spot almost goes back to normal skin colour.

vulval varicose veins
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, by your description it is quite evident that you have vulval varicose veins which are very common and usually harmless.
