Brief Answer:
It is a blood clot in superficial vein.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.Based on the fact and the history of unprotected oral sex and the photograph that you have uploaded I would state that the dark spot on the shaft of the penis is a small blood clot in the tributary of superficial vein of penis that has resulted from the bite by your female partner during oral sex .

Do not worry this will get absorbed within 5-7 days.

Avoid sexual encounter till it gets cured completely .

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
