Question : I have dark spots inside ear doesn’t hurt or bleed just don’t know what it is?

I have seen the picture. You probably have keratosis. You can get them extracted by an Ent specialist. It is a skin change where there is debris deposits under the surface which can be squeezed out under local anaesthesia.

If you don't have any symptoms, just ignore them.
