Brief Answer:
You should get it treated early

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
I have studied your case and you are right that if urine infection is not treated then it can cause infection in other parts including hip joint.
I would suggest you to get a urine culture examination and start antibiotics after discussing with a physcian.
I usually suggest following steps in my patients with similar complains.
1. Avoid stress and exertion and take rest.
2. Drink lot of water, it will wash your infection.
3. Syrup Cital will take care of the itching.
4. Start a broad spectrum antibiotic like Norflox after discussing with your Doctor and get urine culture as early as possible.
5. antispasmodic drug like Buscopan/Dicyclomin for back pain is good.
I hope this answer will help you. Let me know if you want to ask any other question.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is UTI even if nitrate is negative

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I do not believe in these home use strip tests. Your symptoms are highly likely for it. WBC count can be low or normal, so not always diagnostic.7.5 is almost normal.
It is better to take antibiotics according to urinary culture report. You will have to take antibiotics for one week.
I hopes this answers your query. Let me know if you want to ask any questions.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
blood test may also be normal

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Some time blood test also be normal and so clinical examination is important. I would suggest you to take a prescription from another doctor and start antibiotics.
Infection will not reach to kidney so fast but not getting treatment is never a right choice.
If possible you can call your doctor and discuss my opinion with him.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is difficult to predict time frame

Detailed Answer:
Right now we only have ct scan to say to suggest that you are having cystitis. So we can not be sure if this is only part which is affected. So I would suggest you to see a doctor and start treatment as early as possible.
Infection in body can go to any part including hip. Your dark color urine is due to blood in urine. So
I would suggest you to hurry up.
Thanks.

what about the dentist part
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Naveen Kumar Sharma (6 hours later)
Brief Answer:
your dentist will give antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
If there is any infection in teeth then your dentist will give antibiotics to you. Even if there is no infection then also during every dental procedure antibiotics are given. So you should not be worried about that.
So there is no chances that hip joint infection can occur following dental procedure if you are on antibiotics.
Thanks
