Thanks for sending your query to us.
Steroid exposure to the eye prduces many complications but this is not one of them.This may occur due to exposure to sun and wind and local decongestant eye drops like visine may take care of this.
The electric shock like effect you are experiancing needs looking into. Since there is associated blurring also so what is needed is complete eye examination to rule out any significant issue.
Get a complete eye examination and use decongestant eye drops to take care of visible veins.Any further query in this regard please do get back to me.
