Question : All of a sudden my urine turned dark yellow overnight

I've also had rather loose bowels for 2 days
I've been taking mega-Red 1000mg supplements for 3 Months

Hi and welcome to HCM.

In most cases it happens due to hyperconcentration of urine if you are dehydrated so try to drink more fluids and se what happens.
Secondly, it may indicate certain liver or kidney diseases. If symptom persist you need to do urine analaysis and check liver and kidney markers (ast,ggt,alt,creatinine, urea). mega red should not cause urine changes.

ALso,if there is blood in urine or pain during urination this may be sign of uroinfection.
