this is regarding skin issue. I am having darkness under my eyes, underarms, neck and elbow. I am upset with this darkness.. I have attached herewith some pics for your reference. please suggest somthing reliable.

The condition is known as acanthosis nigricans.
Other causes can be hyperpigmentation due to allergic reaction or due to excessive sweating in these areas.

insulin resistance is a hormonal disturbance which occurs in patients of polycystic ovarian syndrome, diabetes, and sometimes unassociated with any disease.
It causes derangement of blood sugar levels, increased testosterone levels in body leading to acne, acanthosis and obesity.
