Brief Answer:
You may need to use an alternate medicine.

Detailed Answer:

Dear XXXXXXX XXXX, Hi
Good evening.

I appreciate your concern.
Basically used in the treatment of epilepsy, bipolar disorder and migraine headaches, Encorate Chrono is generally a safe medication when used in appropriate doses.

Since your hemoglobin level is decreased from 14.3 to 12.5, I am of the opinion that you have developed anemia (due to bone marrow toxicity) caused by Encorate Chrono. Further, the use of Vitamin A-Z tablet may not be able to increase the hemoglobin level.

Hence, I advise you to kindly consult your physician/neurologist for either a reduction in the dosage of Encorate Chrono or use of other alternate medicine to control your problem/

Hope to have answered your query.

Wishing you best of your health.
