Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs. XXXX,

In reading through the history your provide here, I think it is important for your husband to go back in for further evaluation, and promptly. I understand he had a physical 2 months ago. Are the symptoms he is experiencing now new or increased since that physical?

Given his history of elevated creatinine (which could cause the decreased appetite and lethargy), and anemia (which could cause fatigue), he should have the following tests

BUN and Creatinine (to see if further elevated)
CBC with differential (to check the anemia, and also look for signs of infection)
Urinalysis (to see if there is a UTI)
TSH, thyroxine (abnormal thyroid levels can cause these symptoms too)
