Brief Answer:
Rule out pregnancy after urine test.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The decreased bleeding during the periods can be due to a mild hormonal disturbance also. It is best to rule out pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test at home. Even after the tubes are tied the chances of recanalisation of the tubes are 1-2%.
In case the pregnancy test is negative then there is no need to worry. You can wait till your next periods for the flow to be normal.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
