Fetal movements can be detected by ultrasound and is the best method to see wellbeing of baby.

Except fetal movements we measure and other parameters and we realize biophysical profile of baby.
Biophysical profile have five components like :
Body movements
Fetal breathing
Fetal extensions
Fetal heart beating
Amniotic fluid
By scoring them we can determine well - being of baby.
