Brief Answer:
It could be due to Prostatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Hesistancy for urination ,poor flow and pain in rectum are most likely to be due to infection of the prostate (Prostatitis ) associated with enlarged prostate and needs to be investigated.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital Rectal Examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis .
1) Urine routine and Culture
2) Semen examination and semen culture
3) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen
4) Swab tesr and culture of a urethral discharge obtained after prostatic massage

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily with Tomsulosin
once daily .

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis .

Hope I have answered your query ,Please free to ask if you have more questions .I shall be happy to help you .

Thanks with Regards.

Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of Cancer of Prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and updating reports in detail .

In view of your PSA being normal and Digital Rectal Examination(DRE) done by Urologist being normal there is no possibility of you having Cancer of the Prostate .

The symptoms that you have are mostly due to Prostatitis. Get relaxed and take antibiotics suggested earlier.

Thanks and Regards.
