Brief Answer:
List of most likely causes provided sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Oral ulcers can have many causes from diet, to lifestyle, to food habits, smoking, alcohol abuse, medications, etc.

But the most common cause of all is a vitamin B12 deficiency, and so as you have mentioned having visited many doctors, I would like to know whether your vitamin B12 levels were checked or not? If it was not checked, please do so and request your doctor to initiate a course of vitamin B complex supplements. If at all it was measures, please write back to me with the values sir.

Next I would like to list the other causes for oral ulcers, for your reference to better understand which of these could be causing the ulcers in your specific case, they are:

+Smoking
+Diet: e.g. cheese, strawberries, chocolate, coffee, peanuts, etc.
+Alcohol
+High level of stress and/or anxiety
+Bad toothpaste
+Nutrient deficiencies

I would thus urge you to discuss the above mentioned causes with your dentist to help rule out and narrow down the cause in your specific case, but make sure you consider other causes only once vitamin B deficiency is adequately ruled out. I hope you find my response both helpful and informative sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
