Brief Answer:
Just monitor and let's know if this persists!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The main reason for deep yellow coloration of urine is concentrated urine. This happens when there is less free fluid in urine compared to solutes. It doesn't mean you drink less. This is because even if you drink much and sweat more than usual in hot climate or during exercise, the urine would still be deep yellow. For now, I suggest that you focus on gradually increasing the amount of fluids and monitor the skin for any changes. Should there be yellowish coloration of eyes/skin, then we might have to investigate further. Without any additional symptom, I will not be prescribing any special investigations.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
