                                            Question : My baby is 3.5 months old,last 3 days he had mild UTI so my pediatrician suggested to give taximo 2 ml at day and night..From yesterday when he pees ,also he poops same time like urine..what is reason behind this???

Hi.... by what you quote I feel that your kid might be having a urinary tract infection. But I have a few questions for you -
1 Was there any fever
2 Does the child cry every time while passing urine 3 How many times is the kid passing loose motions
4 Is there any blood in the motion
5 How was the temperature if there was any fever
6 What are all the urine tests done before starting antibiotic - I hope urine culture has been done before starting antibiotic
7 Is there any vomiting
8 How is the urine output of the baby

                                    No sir,fever is not there.No blood is detected in both urine and motion.He cries whenever he passes urine, also when he urinate,he goes motion along with it.we took urine test ,in that pus cells was 3-4 hpf epilithel cells was 1-2 hpf..He vomites once a day..But he cries at night

There is no fever it is absolutely not a bacterial infection.
Antibiotics can induce diarrhea which is called - antibiotic associated diarrhea. I feel this is antibiotic associated diarrhea.
Stop antibiotic - Taxim-O - Cefixime.
