Question : Hi doctor. My girlfriend and me had unsafe sex but she took ipill before 72 hours. After 5-6 days she got her periods with heavy bleeding. But it's been 2.5 months and she didn't get her second period. She tested twice using pregnancy kit but both time came negative. Is there any serious problem?

There is nothing to worry as it is a common side effect of ipill.
She needs to take meparate tablet 5 mg three times a day for 3 days and on leaving the drug she will get periods in 3-5 days.
