Brief Answer:
stress induced delay

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no apparent need to be worried as you are not trying for pregnancy. However if pregnancy has been ruled out then the delay is likely to be stress induced and in such cases one may wait for at least a week post missed periods to allow menses to start naturally. If not then you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.
Regards
