white discharge per vagina is not absolute symptom...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern. But if you are breast feeding the child, it is not uncommon to have missed period. Period would resume in a month or two after weaning from breast feed.

White discharge from vagina is not absolute symptom of pregnancy. However as the other doctor suggested, a pregnancy test should be performed to absolutely rule out pregnancy. I would order for blood hCG level in such cases.
