Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (20 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Urine pregnancy test advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Periods can be delayed up to 6 weeks after suction and evacuation for miscarriage.
However, if delayed beyond that, then you should get a urine pregnancy test to rule out any pregnancy.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Feel free to ask further.

Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (15 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Diagnosis needs to be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
First the cause of irregular cycles like hormonal disturbances should be ruled out.
Thyroid hormone, prolcatin hormone levels and ultrasound should be done to ascertain the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.
If no cause is found, then you can take duphastone for inducing periods.
