I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I suppose you mean delayed menstrual periods.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, stress or hormonal imbalance.
If pregnancy is ruled out, then the hormonal levels of thyroid and prolactin should be done to ascertain the diagnosis.
One can take medroxyprogesterone acetate tablet twice a day for 5 days to induce periods in non pregnant situations.
