Brief Answer:
Pregnancy needs to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If your periods have not started even 10 days after stopping regestrone then pregnancy needs to be ruled out first. Do a urine test using the kit and in case the test is negative then you will need regular contraceptive pills for 21 days to get the periods.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
