                                    Brief Answer:
WAIT FOR 4 DAYS MORE
Detailed Answer:
It could be due to mild hormonal imbalance.
Stress, anxiety, late nights, erratic eating, travelling etc can affect menstrual cycles.
Regestrone also is generally given for 5 - 7 days, not 3 days.
Wait for 4 days more ( totally a week after taking Regestrone ).
If there is no bleeding, consult a gyneocologist again for a repeat scan, and Regestrone can be repeated for 5 - 7 days more, but not without seeing a doctor first.
The lining of the uterus is thickened, so it needs time to shed off.
Take care

                                    Brief Answer:
EXPLAINED
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the appreciation.
Femilon is an oral contraceptive, it will help to regulate her cycles.
In more than 90 % of women, return to fertility after stopping Femilon is immediate, in 10 %, it might take upto 3 - 6 months.
IF you want to have a child sometime soon, best avoid it.
Instead, to regulate cycles, take only progesterone.
Preparations like Duphaston can be taken from 15th to 25th day of cycle ( 10 days each month, considering first day of menstrual bleeding as day 1 ) .
Then even if she conceives, it is safe.
Take care.
