Question : Again since 3months i have not seen my menstrual period and i haven't had sex in one year because my husband is not in the state but i want to prepare my self for April.So what can i do to regulate my menstrual period and also to make sure i ovulate?I want to get my safe prepaid for pregnancy before he gets here in April .So doctor what do you suggest i do?.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular and delayed periods are most likely due to hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
I will suggest you to get your hormonal profile done to confirm the cause so that appropriate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given accordingly.
Irregular or no ovulation is common in these hormonal disturbances, therefore correction of the underlying problem is must.
