Question : hi, i am 33yr with 1baby girl (normal deliver) 7yr back, on august 24th i removed my t, after that i not had my period on 6th october i tried with home kit it show positive result, after that i visited gyno, ystrday on 7th when i visited he told me to go for sonography, which done internal and external but they not found any gestional sac or fetus, what could be the reason whether i go for any other test

s from the date every week i checked it show positive result
no
weight 66kg, height 5inch

It is impossible to have a positive pregnancy test with this type of ultrasound.
When was the last date that you had a positive test ?
Are you sure it showed two lines everytime ?
Also, have you had any kind of bleeding / spotting / passage of a mass in between ?
